A SPIRIT WONDERLAND
(to the tune of "A Winter Wonderland")

God's voice rings, Are you listening?
In your heart God is christening.
A beautiful sight;
we're joyful tonight,
living in a Spirit wonderland

Gone away is the old man;
here to stay is the new man.
He sings a love song
as we go along,
living in a Spirit wonderland

 In our thought-life we can build a straw-man,
Then pretend that he's the Boogie Man.
He'll say: Are you scarried?
We'll say: No man,
For everything we can't,
But Jesus can.

In our lives we desire
to let the Spirit inspire;
To face unafraid
the plans that He's made,
living in a Spirit wonderland.

In our thinking we can build a strongman,
and pretend that he can knock us down.
But we know that Jesus is the Strongman
for He's the One who wears th'eternal crown.

When Christ lives ain't it thrilling
Though life's woes can be chilling.
We'll trust and we'll stay
with Jesus the way,
living in a Spirit wonderland,
living in a Spirit wonderland,
living in a Spirit wonderland.
